Forged in Suffolk, UK by bladesmith Leszek Sikon, this elegant piece of culinary art features a 140mm / 5.5″ edge in dark, hard, and very clean (ie. few additives) “Spicy White” 26c3 steel with cladding of pure nickel and 01 tool steel. Whether performing detail work and precision slices with the tip, or chopping dense and hard ingredients with ease, both the excellent geometry and blade profile make this a versatile tool you’ll find yourself reaching for frequently. A tapered handle of bog oak in traditional, tall octagonal form, meets the bolster to form a comfortable and hand-filling handle.
