Stage Coach Western Wok

Impressive in every way, this gorgeous Western-style wok is forged and shaped by hand from carbon steel for a one-of-a-kind cooking experience. Designed and craftedby Ryan Sanden of Stage Coach Forge in Oregon, this is the largest pan in his repertoire, measuring 15″ across and three inches tall, requiring a large amount of hand-hammering and finesse to produce a tool as functional as it is beautiful. With its flat bottom this wok is ideal for stir fries and deep frying over a standard range, whether glass top or open flame, as well as in the oven. A beautifully forged long handle plus helper handle, each with hammered solid brass rivets, show the abilities of this experienced artist blacksmith and offer comfort and control during use. Seasoned at the Stage Coach shop, each one-of-a-kind pan is ready to cook with, and should be used and enjoyed often to build additional non-stick properties.
