Bronze Handle Pro Saucier

One of the most versatiletools in Blanc Creatives’ collection of handmade cookware, available in two configurations, is our ProSaucier. The 11″ model offersthe combination of a long, hand-forged bronze handle opposite a forged bronze loop helper handle, while the larger 13″ model with 10″ cooking surface provides a pair of loop handles, perfect for use in the oven or on the grill. Each pan includes a stainless steel lid finished with bronzed styling to match the lid’selegant, antiqued bronze knob.At 11″ and 13″ wide from lip to lip,bothstunning pieces of carbon cookware feature atall, curved sidewall measuring 2.25″ high. The versatility of the simple yet precise design means ample space forfrying, braising, building volume, and keeping potential splatter contained. Built to last generations, each pan is turned and finished one at a timeand comes pre-seasoned with coconut oil.
