At 13″ across from lip to lip with3.5″ tall sidewalls, the rondeau is designed to cookdishes large and small; whether low and slow in the oven, to simmer the biggest roasts, or for feasts of all variety atop the stove or over the open flame, there is little this tool cannot accommodate. Each is made by hand in Virginia, finished one at a time, and comes pre-seasoned with coconut oil.
