With its pre-seasoned 8″ cooking surface and 2″ tall sloping sidewalls, this versatile kitchen tool is a chef’s best friend, ideal for a wide variety of cooking applications whether on the stove top, in the oven, or on the grill over the open flame. Thick, sturdy carbon steel distributes and retains heat wonderfully, and can be used on gas, electric, induction, and glass cooking surfaces. Built by hand in small batches at Corry Blanc’s Virginia workshop, each pan is a piece of unique, functional art.
