Forged from their homemade damascus-clad san mai steel, brother’s Kamil & Michal Hanuljak deliver another outstanding chef knife crafted for everything and anything the kitchenthrows at it. The 170mm / 6.7″ bunka blade profile stands 54mm tall at the heel, designed to rock and chop on the board, while a fine, pointed tip is wonderfully honed for precision slicing and detail work. Quite thin at the edge, the convex bevel geometry above provides the performance, food release, and stability for both tough cuts and delicate work alike. Treated to a high hardness, the carbon steel will take and maintain a razor-sharp edge without excessive effort. As is their trademark, the comfortable and unique handle is sculpted from reclaimed, stacked skateboard decks including a pink highlight that makes this tapering, octagonal handle stand out from the crowd.
