EachHeritage offering is entirely hand-forged using heat and hammer, the pan’s walls bearing the hammer marks of its handcrafted origins, to create one-of-a-kind tools for the kitchen at the Virginia workshop of Corry Blanc and his team. In 9″ and 11″ sizes, with low, sloping walls, these pans are ideal for baking in the oven, frying and sauting on the stove, or even cooking outdoors over an open flame. Carbon steel is the ultimate non-stick material, with Blanc’s pans arriving with a light seasoning that builds with every meal for an experience similar to cast iron.
