The edged counterpart delivers the balance and geometry expected of any culinary tool made by this talented craftsman, the blade forged from vintage wrought iron clad over 135Cr3 high carbon steel. Light and nimble in the hand, the slicing knife is an absolute pleasure to hold and work with, the convex bevels, thin, sharp edge, and pointed tip making easy and rewarding work of every cut. Each object features a matching handle sculpted from ziricote and olive wood.
