A product of Alex Pole’s partnership with three Michelin-star L’enclume Restaurant in England’s Lake District, this special edition cheese knife was forged by handfor L’enclume’s dining room. Stainless steel blackened by fire shows the hammer marks of each knife’s handmade beginnings, making each as unique as the dining room they were created for. Balanced in the hand with thoughtful details all around, the handle is slim and tapering, the blade versatile with a beveled edge for harder cheeses and just the right size for everyday use in the dining room.
