Foliage Dessert Spoon

The Foliage Dessert Spoon, or ‘small serving spoon’ as the case may be in any given home, represents the smallest utensil of Michelle Kwiecien’s extraordinaryFoliage Collection. Crafted by hand at her Philadelphia studio, Michelle combines metalwork, hand paper-making, and printmaking techniques to produce an heirloom object crafted for generations. The solid brass bowl is embellished with beautiful fern imagery by way of a photo-etching technique and finishing process which produces a warm, nostalgic aesthetic that will turn heads. Delicately forged, the blackened stainless handle is comfortable and elegant, secured to the spoon’s head by a pair of hammered steel pins.
