BladesmithBenjamin Kamon of Austria crafts a paring knife, woodworker Luke Martin a bar board, and together the two deliver an opportunity to prepare everything required of the most luxurious cocktails, appetizers, or, and who are we to judge, midnight snacks. In carbon steel with his usual world-class geometry, balance, and hardening, paired with the olive wood and brass, is a paring knife capable of every cut in the kitchen. Shaped to emphasize the wood’s striking grain is Luke’s bar board, completed with premium silicon and stainless feet. Included with the blade is a handmade saya for protection and transport to on-site work.
