Stage Coach Round Bottom Wok

Shaped by hand at his Oregonworkshop, Ryan Sanden of Stage Coach Farm Forge grows his wok offerings with this traditionally shaped model, rounded throughout, to complement the well-loved flat bottom wok we have stocked for some time. For the ultimate stir-fry cooking and deep frying experience, available with and without lid, the round bottom wok is crafted from solid 12-gauge carbon steel, measuring 15″ across from lip to lip, 3.5″ tall at its deepest point, and fitted with one long and one loop handle, each decoratively forged and secured by solid, hand-peened brass rivets. For added versatility, each round bottom wok includes a separate steel base to enable round-bottom cooking even on flat, gas-stove cooktops. Large enough for a feast, and crafted with care, this heirloom quality cooking tool will feed mouths and hearts for generations to come.
