We want you to be happy with your tools. If you’re not, for any reason, you’re welcome to return or exchange unused items.
We ask that you return items in the condition you received them and that you ship them back to us within 30 days of the original order date. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% in restocking fees to help cover the costs incurred by us and our artists when restocking handcrafted objects which require a high degree of care and attention. Tools that show signs of use or exposure to elements that have altered the finish of the materials may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are not covered. As soon as the items are returned to us we will refund the full cost of the item less any shipping costs. If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact us.
Return Process
Contact us to let us know what you will be returning, and be sure to include your name and the original order number.
Then, simply ship the items to the address below. Include your name, email address, and original order number with the return. Please email us the return shipment tracking information as soon as it’s available.
Be sure to pack items well so that they are not damaged during shipment. We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the returned item.
Once we receive the items, we will process the return as quickly as possible, usually within three business days. A credit for the amount of the returned items (including tax if in NY), not including shipping fees, will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.
