Designed and crafted exclusively for our Living Steel collection by Tomer Botner and his Florentine Kitchen Knives team in Barcelona comes an oyster knife forshucking like a professional day and night. Beautifully finished from tip to handle, the blade is tough and durable, shaped asymmetrically from carefully tempered 14c28n stainless steel to part the shells of your favorite seafoods with ease. For comfort and control over the purposefully sculpted blade is a handle of small-batch black paper micarta discs, capped with a polished solid brass bolster.
